Molded Secondary Bushings1.The NJREC-G01 series molded integral bushings are designed for pad-mounted distribution transformers. The bushings are molded from high performance glass-reinforced resin systemand copper studs (C11000).

3.Features and Advantages3.1 Dimensional InterchangeableThe molded integral bushings are dimensionally interchangeable with the majority of similarbushings available on the market.These interchangeable dimensions include: the bolt circlefor the integral mounting flange, the tank wall hole size, the conductor stud diameter,the internal connecting of one hole spade and the external threaded size.
3.2 Integral flange
The mounting flange on bushings is molded as an integral part of the bushing. It abates aseparate mounting flange.
3.3 High performance insulation body
The insulation body of the bushings are molded from high performance nylon resin system.These glass-reinforced high temperature nylon resin is a highly reliable thermoplastic thatfulfills the required application needs for strength, temperature stability and low moistureabsorption,in the environment associated with the intended application to pad-mounted distribution transformers.
3.4 The internal and external structure of conductor can be designed on client's requirements
3.5 All bushings are leak tested before it finished.
