Our product range covers toughened glass and porcelain insulators, transformer bushings, OIP/RIP/RIS capacitive bushings and wall bushings. We support customers from product selection and technical clarification through production, testing and delivery.
As a transformer bushing factory in China, NJREC supports the production of transformer bushings, capacitive bushings and High Current Bushing designs. The workshop photos show large bushing assemblies, production work and high-voltage testing equipment.
For bushing orders, the process begins with drawings and specifications, followed by material preparation, insulation and conductor assembly, fitting inspection and tests appropriate to the selected design. Our glass insulator factory workflow covers glass disc forming and toughening, metal fitting assembly and finished-product inspection for transmission line applications.
NJREC applies careful quality inspection before shipment. Transformer and capacitive bushings are checked against the agreed drawings and specifications, including key dimensions, fittings and electrical performance as required by the order. Test arrangements and inspection records help maintain consistency from production through final release.
Large bushings require protection throughout handling and export transport. Individual units are covered, cushioned and positioned inside wooden crates with suitable spacing and support to reduce movement and protect insulating surfaces and metal fittings.
Glass insulators are arranged on pallets and secured with stretch film to keep each load stable during storage, loading and shipment. NJREC pays close attention to both product inspection and packaging so customers receive components ready for their next stage of work.
