Wall Bushings for IEC 24–362 kV and IEEE 25–345 kV

A wall bushing provides a reliable high-voltage conductor passage through grounded walls, switchgear, and substation structures.

NJREC provides wall bushings for equipment highest voltages (U_m) of 24–362 kV to IEC 60137:2017 and 25–345 kV to IEEE C57.19.01-2017. Maximum rated current is 5000 A, 4000 A or 3150 A, depending on the voltage class. Lower-voltage designs use solid insulation; high-voltage designs use RIP or RIS condenser cores with porcelain or silicone rubber composite external insulation. Indoor-to-indoor, outdoor-to-indoor and outdoor-to-outdoor configurations connect air-side conductors through a grounded wall.

As a wall bushing factory and wall bushing manufactory in China, products can be supplied for new installations, replacement projects, and customized high-voltage applications.
